About Viagra

Manufactured by Pfizer Pharmaceutical, Viagra (sildenafil citrate) is a prescription medicine taken by mouth for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. Viagra may help a man with ED get and keep an erection when he is sexually excited. However, Viagra does not cure ED and does not increase a man’s sexual desire.

Taking Viagra relaxes the blood vessels in the penis. This allows blood to flow into the penis causing an erection. However, it will only help you get an erection if you’re sexually aroused. Viagra does not increase your sex drive.

Viagra is only for use in men

Viagra is only for men, not for women and children, and must be used only on a doctor’s prescription.
